California Haunts founder and tech manager Charlotte Sanchez-Kosa is A freelance journalist/caregiver by day and spends her nights looking for proof that ghosts do exist.

From an early age, Sanchez-Kosa saw ghosts in her home and that promted her to take a harder look at what was going on around her.

Several years later, she became a paranormal investigator with a Sacramento California group and has never looked back.

She formed the California Haunts Paranormal Investigation Team in 2007 and the team is now 45members strong and is spread throughout the state of California. With about 80 investigations under its belt, California Haunts has helped many families and businesses with their alleged paranormal activity.
