He was born in Greece and educated in Germany. He worked as a Navy physicist for 37 years and retired in 2003. Since 1975, Dr. Pavlopoulos has been a member of the New York Academy of Sciences. He is the author of the book A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH: THE AMERICAN BUREACRACY. His book addresses the working of our federal bureaucracy. However, today, we’re going to zero in on the last chapter of his book, namely “Is America facing and energy catastrophe?”
