Years ago, back in the 1990s I had a friend who told me about an incident he experienced near the Mississippi river just north of Memphis, TN. He and a friend were hiking at a local park, when they found themselves confronted with a glowing orb that zoomed right past them heading toward the river. Naturally, at first they found it difficult to believe their eyes, but excited, they spontaneously decided to run after it and see where it was going. After struggling with the underbrush, they finally emerged at the Mississippi's east bank to see the orb having a rendezvous with a larger saucer shaped craft. Based on his description, I created a 3D computer graphic model of this craft, and then created a work of art depicting this mysterious rendezvous on the Mississippi. Bruce...Western NY......In 1975 I was camping in a very remote area of NY State...."South Bristol"....2300 ft elevation on our property.....It was 4th of July weekend and My Mom-in-law & my wife Adonna,,,were in a trailer.  Our kids were in a tent about 40 ft away and I was sleeping in the rear cap of a pick-up truck...At 3:00 AM I awoke with a bright light shining through the window of the truck cap, so bright I could read  a newspaper....There was no lighting around for 10 miles.....I climbed out of the truck and saw a large bright orb floating above the tree line 250 ft away.    At first I thought it was a helicoptor shining a beam down into the trees & field.  As I watched I became very nervous and retrieved a firearm from the truck.....I could not figure out what this was......This orb roughly 30ft in Diameter (although That is an approximation) because it was so bright I could barely look at it.made no sound and every few minutes it would project a bluish beam from above the trees straight down into the trees & fields....It floated up and down that treeline for 35 minutes, never made a sound, and it moved over a 1000 ft area.   Just  remember we were in the middle of 3000 acres of woods.  Then it just poofed out and vanished after 35 minutes of activity.....Troubled greatly I remained awake til dawn with my firearm because I was worried about the rest of the family.....After all these years I still think about it all the time.....I have no idea what it was except I catagorize it as a UFO.

Wow...didn't know this was here. :)  When I get a moment, I have a book to write about it. :D  I'll be back when I'm more awake because I've had a very LONG weekend.

funny you mentioned two things my brother is the same way about it also but you do not have to bring it up he dose and says we never saw a thing but that makes me think he remembers !

Another thing is the pin light type I have just seen those in recent years with some abductee friends they have even had someone come in and notice that there was a type of weird disturbance of energy in their house and we saw them shoot up and down like fireworks but not the same it was beautiful tho

Well that is a great story and as I mentioned on the air I have had 5 UFO sightings . The most incredible of the five was in 1998 in Rochester NY . I was just leaving a friends house about 10pm and as we was opening the car doors to get in and leave , we noticed a very bright light in the sky off in the distance . We watched it as it moved closer & closer till it was over head and once it was above us it got so bright we could not see the shape or color ect and it stopped for about 10 seconds above us and poof it was a pin point in the sky and gone in the blink of an eye. I was amazed by it and not afraid one bit. The crazy part of this whole story is that while my friend & I spoke about this the entire 45 min ride to my home, the next day he claimed to have no idea what I was talking about and till this day he still says he remembers nothing of a short and he has great credentials so one of two things happened , His memory was wiped out by them or he does not want to discuss it and suppresses the memory . I have no missing time so I do not think we was zapped on board but till this day I still wonder what happened that night in Rochester,NY

My First sighting I was 9 years old 1974 and I was cleaning my room when something told me to look out my window . It was a bright sunny clear spring day and over a telephone pole not even maybe a foot was a good size silver disc no windows no doors no seems except for a row of lights around the middle of it .   I asked my friend to look out and confirm what I saw he saw it too and we screamed for my mother to come to the window she saw it and we decided to go out around in our back yard to look over the fence . We got out the back sliding glass doors and there it was very very low over our neighbors roof hovering slightly tilted and just hovering  We stood there for a few mins in awe and then for some reason my mother walked up to the fence and reached up and if she'd had a few more inches to her arm she'd touched it but, when she did this it started to pivot faster and the lights started to go around it faster as if to say No do not touch !?

I yelled out to her mom do not bother them and they wont bother us and she turned and her eyes got wide and it scared us and we all ran into the dinning room and we were so excited not really scared and then decided not to call anyone about it and to go back out and when we did .

When we got back out side the disc was up above the back yard but, higher in the sky like it was waiting for us and we waved good by to it and as we did it shot right up and was gone ever since then I have seen the lights through the years everywhere I have lived and also another day sighting in 98? Of the cylinder type low across from my home and also through the years tons of paranormal experiences .
