This has found me no real answers- I need some help with this one-

I do know that they can kill all transmittions and quickly track down all dropped calls when shut down power but some two/way's and can jamb them long enough to locate and silence- They can also plan their moves and prepare to shut down a large area, grid/block roads, and capture all witnesses- I would think with things escalating to confrontation someone would be on the phone at some point- Outside areas would have experienced dropped calls before the blasts or after because the…
