Obama Qualifies as a feral beast under Michigan DNR

According to the State of Michigan DNR, a feral beast exhibits one or more of the following 7 characteristics:

1) Erect Ears, 2) Bristle tip coloration of hair, 3) Skeletal Appearance... Well, there's more, but the point is that, if this is what the feral definition is now interpreted to be, many human beings classify under this twisted and insane bureaucracy.
