I have entered a case against the NRO, who designs, builds and operates reconnaissance satellites for the. In my filing, I state that the NRO claims not to have records of FMRi technology and/or the ability to read a persons thoughts is a violation of my rights under FOIA, free speech, free press, due process of the law, raising an article III issue injury in fact. For over 16 years I have ask for information on this technology. DARPA released over 183 documents, through FOIA proceedings that prove FMRI and/or the ability to read a persons thoughts exist. I have requested INTERROGATORS to be sent out to NSA, DARPA, NRO. This is a form of discovery, under Rule #33 in the Federal District Court. A special Assistant US Attorney appeared in court in Washington. Probably to ask for summary judgement. I entered proof that the NRO has lied, not responded, in not making proper searches. In several of the documents released by DARPA, it is clear that satellite analysis are used to process this information. Satellite analysis work for the NRO. either military person or private contractors. They have more options to deny me a fair trial in FOIA proceeding. I hope to make it past summary judgement. In summary judgement a judge dismisses the case. As you know, in a jury trial all evidence is heard by the jury and they decide.
