We need to launch a full scale review of electricity and/or power usage in and around the drought stricken states. To include all HAARP locations and dates of usages. Power company records, military bases records and  all material that will prove innocence or guilty.  I find it quite coincidental that President Obama issued a mandate to increase ethanol production this year and we have the worst drought in the US in 50yrs. We need to contact all points possible to launch our own investigation.
