US Navy Map Of The Future. Is This Now?

The U.S. Navy Map below seems to be a real possibility(at least part of it) with the flooding that America is experiencing.
As we recently reported, FEMA put in an order for 140 million packets of food to be used in the event of a large scale earthquake along the New Madrid Seismic Zone.
An earthquake, coupled with the extreme flooding that is currently taking place, would be absolutely devastating and would explain why FEMA has been planning for such a disaster.
